Free: my FreePlug classic is stuck on the red light

Hello,
I am reaching out to anyone who could help me with my search regarding the following issue:
I have a freeplug classic (FPC) that used to connect without any problems to the central freeplug of my network.
However, my FPC has disconnected from this network, and since then, I have been unable to resynchronize it with the central freeplug of my freebox.
I have tried all kinds of assistance proposed by different people on forums, etc.
I am trying to perform a hard reboot of my freeplug classic, but once plugged in, it turns red, then green, goes back to red, then turns green again, flashes green and orange as if it is searching for the network, and then it gets stuck on red.
I have found different people on other forums who have had more or less the same problem, but none of the advice given has improved the situation.
Moreover, the help from the free website is not very useful...

I don't know what to do about this problem.

Case closed: for those who might be interested or helped later: I swapped the two CPL freeplugs without rebooting anything, the classic freeplug showed a direct red light, I simply pressed for 4 seconds, and it started searching for the network and connected.
