Hello, I have a question. I would like to know what the light in the shape of a bulb next to the light in the shape of a cylinder and the wifi indicator on my laptop is for.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 12.0

What does the manual say?!

What model?
In principle, I would say that this corresponds to the keyboard backlighting.

Because manuals don't say everything...
But they don't say nothing either, huh!

I have an Asus X52J and unfortunately, I don't have a backlight.

Indeed, the 'complete' notice doesn't mention anything about this indicator. Strange... a lapse on the part of the notice's authors!

Just for your information, I would like to know what the cylinder-shaped indicator next to the battery indicator means on my Asus X73T laptop. Thank you.

A photo to suggest?

Because the instructions don't say everything...
But not nothing either, okay!

It is the connection indicator for the sector.

If it is off, the PC cannot be turned on in the absence of the battery.

If it's not the connection indicator to the mains, it's the connection indicator to a power source, whatever it may be: either the battery and/or the mains.

"It doesn't work, it's always on"

What do you mean by "it doesn't work"?
