How to open .cap file

Hello, I downloaded updates from Asus for the BIOS of my motherboard, but they are in .cap files.
I don't know how to open them.
Do you have any idea?

A .cap file would be a renamed .cab file. See towards the end of this topic a post by CCTBlack

More specifically, we are talking about a manipulation by Deajan, approved by Asus, with .nb0 files.
