SVP, aidez-moi... MERCI
Configuration : Windows XP

    I have the same problem, but I installed the driver; the issue is that my PC does not detect the MP3 player in the workstation.
    Thank you for your help.

      Hi, I have exactly the same problem with my MPEG-4 Memup Senso player.
      If you have any updates, keep me posted and I will do the same.

      See you, hoping it works hehe.

    Ultimately, the problem has been partially resolved. I hadn't placed my mp3 files in the correct folder; I just needed to open the E drive to access MEM UP and put my audio files there, while I had placed them in the subfolder. However, I haven't recovered all the tools from the player, namely:
    MP3 disc player tool and mp3 player update tool, I only retrieved the sound convert tool which apparently allows you to convert audio files from the dictaphone...
    But the important thing is that I can now listen to my favorite songs on my MP3 player!! great sound and very convenient.
    For your problem NIAMAKO, I wonder if it’s not a USB port issue, but I’m not a computer expert.

    I had the same problem as you; I put my mp3 files in the subfolder but I couldn't read them. I tried your method, so I put the mp3s in G: (which is my USB port for my memup) and not in the subfolder anymore, but it still doesn't work!!! Any help would be welcome!!! Thank you in advance.

    PS: Could you detail the steps you took for it to work for you? Thank you in advance!!!

      Just copy the files with the .MP3 extension (in uppercase).

      Thank you, everything is fine by placing the files in the root and with the extensions in uppercase.

      Same problem as you.
      I called FNAC's technical support, who couldn't do anything and told me to return the player as it must be defective. Normally, it's plug and play!
      Actually, I finally succeeded by renaming all the files and adding the extension:
      .MP3
      in uppercase at the end of the song title; I read the info above on the forum and it worked.

    Open My Computer

    then

    --> Tools
    --> Folder Options...
    --> View
    --> Manage pairs of web pages and folders

    then uncheck

    --> Hide extensions for known file types

    There you go ;-)

    If not, to stay on the subject, I have the same problem with the Memup Music Drive Kolor 1 GB.

    I had the same problem, the mp3 files were on the USB stick but I couldn't play them.
    Before downloading to the stick, you need to add .MP3 and make sure it's in uppercase.
    Then download the files to the stick.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem: I can't play my .mp3 or .MP3 files.
    I really don't understand...
    I asked for drivers and firmware (just in case the problem could be fixed this way), but no response:
    https://forum.touslesdrivers.com/reponses.php?v_code=1&v_message=702899&v_pm=1&v_pr=1

    I was also wondering: are there any configuration files that I might have deleted on my USB drive (and that I would need to recreate...)?

      Hello!

      So I had the same problem, and I followed this advice: instead of pressing play when "Music" is selected, press menu! No need to rename anything, etc... Thanks to the forum user who helped me stop pulling my hair out. ^^

      I don't know if this solution can help, but I did it this way and it works perfectly. You just need to format the drive and then you can put your songs on it.

    Hello!

    When turning the volume all the way up on the Memup Music Drive Kolor 512 MP3 player, I can hardly hear anything; the sound is very weak. I don't think it's the headphones but another issue. Can somebody help me?
    Thank you in advance!

      Hi Jean Luc, please I have the same problem as you, I bought a SENSO MEMUP 1 Go last week, it worked very well, but this week, even though the volume is at maximum, I can hardly hear anything.

      So if you found the solution, please share it with me

      I am starting to despair and I think I might break the player

      Thank you

      It's all good Jean-Luc, I've solved the problem, but the solution is radical: open the drive, re-solder the wires related to the sound.
      And all this because the circuit board is junk, just like the drive
      NEVER AGAIN A MEMUP IN MY LIFE .........

    Is this what you got the solution to the music reading problem? For me, the files appear but the playback doesn't start. What a beautiful purchase!!!! Honestly, I've been getting frustrated with the device since this morning, can't wait for tomorrow when the stores open and I can get this wonder.

    Thank you guys for your valuable and wonderful help!!! I was frustrated for 2 hours on the site that doesn't offer any specific help, and thanks to you, I was able to listen to my techno calmly without having to throw it against the wall in hopes that it would work!!! Thanks again and see you soon!!!

    I have a Music Drive K Memup 1 GB, everything works well, but when it reaches about 700 MB, I can't add more... however, I can add to MICIN.DIR, a subfolder, which fills up my MP3 to the max. However, I can't open this file, nor can I find it on my MP3.
    I have two floppy disks, but the second one remains undiscoverable...

    If someone could give me a little help, I would greatly appreciate it ;)
