IPhone Swiss works in France?

Hello,
I would like to place an order at Appel.ch to buy an iPhone, have it delivered to Switzerland to someone who will send it back to me later.
Are iPhones purchased from Appel truly unlocked for all carriers?

    Yes, you can use them in any country, whether in Switzerland or France, but it remains to be seen if the operator allows making calls abroad.
