Wii in black and white on a Samsung TV Solved

Question

Hello,

The image from my Wii on my Samsung Plasma TV is in black and white....
What should I do, since it is really a TV configuration issue, as the Wii is in color on my other TV. The picture is in game mode, I have moved the connections at the back... when I put my DVD on the same connections, it is in color...

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I have tried everything....

Sorry, but there is indeed a solution to this problem... I called Samsung directly,
the yellow must go into video and the other two into audio in red and white, I had to connect those two to my sound system! The thing is, you have to set it to AV and not Component 1... There you go, I now have color :D

Your problem is that everyone has it! But unfortunately, there is no solution: either buy a new TV or take apart your TV and do professional stuff.

Hello,  I had the same problem two hours ago and I have a Samsung TV. I connected the yellow to video and the other two to audio and it works!!!  Thank you

Hello,

I had the same problem. I connected the Wii to the yellow, red, and black composite inputs at the back of the TV. It seems to be Y composites. So, I used the side connection, added the cable for the SCART connection, and then used a SCART adapter for the Wii cable.
It works now: sound + color image.
