Receive French TNT in Algeria?

Hello, I live in Algeria and I want to receive the "19" French TNT channels via satellite, obviously (because the analog receiver will be stopped on November 29). I know that two offers are available to receive French TNT abroad: TNTSAT to receive them on the Astra satellite and FRANSAT for the AB3 satellite...

=> what I don't know is whether these two solutions work in Algeria or only in Europe? That is, I don't know if they are just a simple demodulator (or decoder) or if a card must be associated as well?

=> if they work in Algeria normally, are they theoretically valid forever or is there a subscription that must be renewed each year, for example?

=> as for the price, from my research these decoders cost between 99 and 270 euros (SD, HD, etc.)... I have a cousin who lives in France; if I ask him to buy one for me... I want the cheapest (e.g., 99 euros). Please give me the reference or model of the cheapest one.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 7.0.1

We do not receive the French TNT in Algeria, only in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and other neighboring regions... since it is broadcast by terrestrial TV transmitters with limited range.

However in Europe and in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia we receive French satellite TV without a subscription (25 free TNT channels) with somewhat larger dishes than in France, 80 cm and up.

Abroad you need to import a labeled DVB-S digital receiver; if you are on Atlantic Bird 3, a Fransat from 75 euros, or a Canal Ready for TNTsat if you are on Astra 1.

If you do not take a labeled digital receiver you will only have the French channels in clear on Atlantic Bird 3 + Astra 1 (France 2, 3, 5, O, TMC, BFM Business, TV 8 Mont Blanc, Demain, Kto, Télé Grenoble, Mirabelle TV Normandie, Vosges Télévision, Arte, BFM TV, Direct 8, I-télé, Montagne TV, France 24 etc.)

The satellite Fransat TNT receiver works in Algeria; you just need to point the dish at the Atlantic Bird 3 satellite and adjust to capture the French channels.

Atlantic Bird 3 has no longer existed officially since March 1, 2012; it is Eutelsat 5 West A.

Long ago, one could receive French TNT in the Greater Maghreb (Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco) with a rooftop antenna.
