Indeed, for all Word documents, creating a table is still the most "universal" solution, but if we choose pre-established templates or labels, we are somewhat "restricted" by these templates or limited in designs, etc...
  • So: table: 2 Columns, 2 Rows, then select the two columns and right-click on the highlighted area, choose "distribute columns evenly."
  • Do the same for the vertical (rows).
  • Then choose (by clicking on the small square at the corner of the table): "Table properties," then you can make the following adjustments: remove the border, choose the font for the entire table, and set the horizontal text alignment (L, C, R, J).
  • You create your card in one of the boxes of this table and when the result is finished, copy-paste into the other three boxes of the table.
  • If the table "goes crazy" by jumping to the next page (stretching), just set the header and footer (of the blank page, not the table) to 0 cm.
  • Note: many printers do not print all the way to the "bottom" (that is to say, to the right in landscape mode...), including photo printers when they are in text mode... (and not in "photo paper / photo print" mode).

That said, your "page cut into four" format is not the standard format for business cards... The standard professional business card size is 5.5 cm X 8.5 cm.
