How to get a clear wallpaper after downloading an image?

Hello Sabine, If you were asked for the size before uploading the image, it means you chose the wrong format. If you weren't asked anything, it should work, wallpapers are meant to be enlarged. The photo (taken by me) attached weighs 238 KB. It is set as wallpaper, perfect on my 24" Macintosh. It all depends on the quality of the original shot, this photo was taken in raw 15 MB and then reduced to 238 KB. Best regards.

Hello, so if the images are only 8 KB, there's probably no miracle possible, they're likely small in size. So STRETCHING them isn’t great, and CENTERING them will probably still be small. You absolutely need images at least 800x600 because even STRETCHING them is still acceptable. The best thing is to know the display format of your screen and to find an image of the same size.
