Bonjour,

Hello everyone

For anyone residing in France or in a French territory

Do not play at online casinos because the casino is completely entitled not to pay your winnings; the law will be on their side

Let me explain

To deposit money, you won’t have any problems; they don’t care at all which country the money comes from
However, when it comes to cashing out, they can assert that after verification, you are not allowed to play since you are in French territory (not allowed to play, winnings canceled) and that their casinos are not allowed to let you play
At best, you will recover your deposit amount, at worst, you will get nothing at all, and your account will be closed

You will not be able to complain anywhere because you are in an illegal situation
Example: a coffee shop manager in the Netherlands can file a complaint if he gets robbed and his money is stolen, while a dealer in France cannot do that

The casinos know this and take advantage of it

Some casinos go further; for example, I deposit 100 euros, I refuse the bonuses, I play 60 euros, I lose, and I have 40 left. The next day, I play and win 50; they pay me. The day after that, I lose the remaining 40, and there’s nothing left in the account. I recharge and put in 100 euros again (so far, I have lost 100 and recovered 50). I play and win a nice amount, but they will refuse to pay you, and you won’t be able to do anything about it; you have no legal recourse

The house always wins, no matter what means they use; they will always be within the law

As for all the messages praising a casino saying, "I didn’t have any problems" or "I won thousands and thousands," those are just casino shills who are ready to tell you that they saw the Pope smoking joints with Snoop Dogg to get their commissions

The only good online casinos will deny you access to their sites
The best way to ensure you recover your winnings is to go to the casino near you

If you don’t believe me, ignore this message and have your own experience

Or consult a lawyer or someone knowledgeable about international law
