Hello, I'm looking for the title of a movie from the 80s, I think, where a mechanic sees a young couple leaving in a beautiful Corvette, and shortly after, the car returns crashed, the couple is deceased, and he completely repairs it before deliberately destroying it at the end. Well, that's about what I remember..

    Rioda (TV 1981) by Sylvain Joubert

    A mechanic salvages a wrecked Corvette C3, he restores it, believing that its previous owner died in the accident... but one day he sees her (the girl) and panics and destroys the car...

    I thought about this TV movie not long ago.
    I seem to remember that most of the scenes were set at night.
