Hello, What does 25,000 characters represent in terms of pages, including spaces? Please specify font and size :) Thank you   Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.16

No one writes in the same way.
Some create long paragraphs, spanning more than a page.
Others change paragraphs every 2 or 3 sentences.
Some documents require many long lists, which take up less than a line per item.
Many documents insert images and tables; others have only text...

I just worked on a document at the university standard, with no illustrations or tables.
It spans 10 pages for 4100 words, or 27400 characters (including spaces), which is an average of 2740 per page. So I say 9 pages.

What is the point of this question?

Considering there are hundreds of fonts, a handful of standard font sizes, and a few effects (regular, bold, italic, bold+italic), that represents thousands of combinations and thus thousands of answers...

The answer is still somewhere between 1 page (but it's unreadable as it falls under microfilm) and 25,000 pages containing 1 character per page...

You can fit about 100 characters on 1 line, in size 10. So 25000/100=2500.  25000 characters correspond to about 2500 lines in size 10 ...

Typical response from a pseudo-intellectual trying to seem smart.  For Romane: with standard sizes, you should count between 2,000 and 3,000 characters (including spaces) per page.

Hi!

In Calibri 12, 1.5 line spacing, I have about 3930 characters (not counting spaces, otherwise it's 4675) for 3 pages (including a cover page that has 46 characters). Roughly speaking, 2000 characters per page (well filled) so 11 or 12 pages :)

Hello,
I have written a small thesis on the history of my family over 4 centuries. I currently have 83 pages in Word, using Calibri 12 font. I have been informed that there are 210,630 characters excluding spaces and 251,133 characters including spaces. The line spacing is single, there are no embellishments, 1,056 small paragraphs with double line spacing between paragraphs, for a total of 40,714 words and 3,867 lines.
In these conditions, 25,000 characters should correspond to 8 to 10 pages.

Hello, The standard for an A4 sheet is 1,500 characters (including spaces, of course). Therefore, 25,000 characters would be about 16/17 sheets. Sincerely.
