Bonjour,

depuis quelque temps quand je ferme word, je reçois un message microsoft office add sign in a cessé de fonctionner, depuis ce matin mon PC est extrêmement lent pour ouvrir des applications et même là quand je frappe du texte, il bug et dans la barre du haut j'ai le message: mozilla firefox (ne répond pas). Pouvez vous m'éclairer merci.

▶ Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau :

▶ Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation,coche "Ajouter une icône sur le bureau" et décoche la case "Exécuter ZHPDiag"

/!\Utilisateur de Vista et Seven : Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPdiag, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur »

▶ Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)
▶ Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
▶ Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur un des sites ci dessous, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum :

quand je Relance List&Kill'em,avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.
tools puis script il me dit
impossible de trouver le fichier FILES_SCRIPT.TXT
voulez-vous créer un nouveau fichier?
il y a une fenêtre bleue dans laquelle est iécrit processing

Désinstalle spybot ça sert à rien et ça gène

▶ Télécharge de AD-Remover sur ton Bureau. (Merci à C_XX)

/!\ Ferme toutes applications en cours /!\

▶ Double-clique sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton Bureau.
▶ Sur la page, clique sur le bouton « Nettoyer »
▶ Confirme lancement du scan
▶ Laisse travailler l'outil.
▶ Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-Report-CLEAN[1].txt)

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Sans vouloir t'offenser, j'ai déjà désinstaller spybot depuis plusieurs jours, donc si tu le vois encore je ne sais pas moi où le trouver, par ailleurs j'ai déjà Ad-remover, je le relance.
