Hello,

I would like to know if you have ever bought tickets on this website??
I called the online support service to get some information and the first surprise
is that it was a private individual who answered without introducing themselves. Moreover, this person was already online and speaking a foreign language. After confirming that I hadn’t made any mistakes, they confirmed to me that once the payment was made, I would receive a document allowing me to pick up the tickets directly on the day of the match at the stadium in question.

So I’m counting on you, let me know if you have already bought tickets on this site.

I really don’t want to get scammed because for Lyon vs Real Madrid on February 22, 2011 at Gerland it’s €155 per ticket and the only indication for the seating is that it’s behind the goals!!! Please note that there are no more tickets available anywhere!!!! What do you think?

I would like to read some responses to your question, as I am also considering buying tickets on this site, which I am not familiar with at all. By any chance, did you buy tickets for the match on February 22nd, and if so, did everything go well?

Hello,
I bought tickets for Nancy-Lyon, the tickets were indeed available at the meeting point. (The tickets are not sent.) The only false note, and a significant one, is that the ticket prices were much higher.

Provider A to be avoided at all costs!!! 4 tickets for Barça/PSG (great match) purchased at €292/ticket plus €172 in service fees for a total of €1348!!!! To ultimately receive tickets worth €192 with out-of-the-way seats and absolutely not in the agreed location!! Just ridiculous...

I just ordered tickets and they tell me that I'll receive the tickets 72 hours before the event. I don't quite understand. Do you have any information on how you got your ticket for the match?

Hello, for me as well, it was a very good experience. Indeed, I paid more for the tickets, but I did so knowingly, having been unable to obtain them from the club's official site at the time. The Sportsevents365 site is a reseller/broker, as it claims: https://www.sportsevents365.fr/guide/

Like many on this subject: Provider to absolutely avoid. First purchase experience with sports events365: 2 tickets for OL-Monaco on Friday, October 13 for my son's birthday. Bought in September to ensure I had seats. Paid 241 euros to ultimately get seats worth 65 euros (1st ring in the end zone). For the same price, I can today find directly on the OL site seats in the 1st ring in the middle of the field with parking included for 215 euros. Obviously, no refund. Yes, they have seats, no problem, but certainly not at the best guaranteed price. They buy seats from other resellers including individuals who take hefty margins. 5 euros in shipping fees for electronic tickets is outrageous. First experience and certainly the last.

AVOID THEM! THOSE AROUND YOU ARE THIEVES AND EXPLOITERS OF SPORTS FANS. Summary: purchased 4 tickets at €90 on their site 2 months before BLACK / FRANCE in Lyon on 14/11/17
amount for the tickets deducted a week later with a €10 commission; then nothing...
no information, no tickets until 13/11 after incessant phone calls
received tickets for €30 not in my name, we were able to enter the stadium but with a knot in our stomachs and feeling completely SCAMMED after spending 2 months not knowing if we would be able to see the match.
A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! XXL VERSION, EXPLOITERS, CROOKS!

Seriously, don't even look for it and stop trying to buy that kind of stuff online... right now you're wearing a sign saying "SCAM ME" across your forehead.

So, a piece of advice: never buy from the Sport events 365 website...

I bought a presidential ticket for a football match (Nantes Monaco) two months ago for my brother's birthday... they charged my card right away!
And they told me 3 days before the match that all tickets were sold out. After multiple email exchanges, they offered me another terrible seat for the same price or a refund. If that’s not shameful customer service, forget about this site, which is not professional at all.

Don't book with sportevents because I bought a ticket for my son for a match in Manchester during the All Saints' holiday. He couldn't see the match because the ticket was not in the indicated place. The customer service (hotline with several numbers) was completely unreachable. I called myself to confirm my son's claims, but nothing worked. I lost 160 euros.

I bought tickets for OM/Saint-Etienne at €61 each on the website and when I received the e-tickets, I ended up with tickets priced at €30!!!! paying €145 in total (including €18 in handling fees) for €60 worth of tickets, and on top of that, poorly located, that's also what I call a scam!
Don't buy, you’ll end up with bad surprises...

Hello everyone, they should be avoided, I just filed a complaint against them because I didn't receive an invoice. No confirmation email, just a withdrawal. Everyone should do the same so that they shut down and we have less impact.

I was scammed, they took €190 from me.

I'm left with beads that do not correspond at all to what I ordered.
