Where to find Celebi in Pokémon SoulSilver

Hello!

In SoulSilver, I want to catch Celebi. Without cheating or codes. I've done everything normally. I even have a Master Ball. So please let me know where Celebi is located in SoulSilver.

      In Platinum, you can capture Regigigas, Regice, Regirock, and Registeel.

      No, you can't have Regice, Registeel, and Regirock because they can only be imported from Ruby, but there's Regigigas in Frimapic in the temple at the back of the town with Regice, Registeel, and Regirock from Ruby. After that, he wakes up when you are in front of him. You need a Master Ball, otherwise, you manage with 50 Dark Balls like I did. That's how I caught him, bye!

      I would just like to say that you can get Manaphy without a cheat code and without a special event, as well as Phione, Regigigas, Regice, Regirock, and Registeel.

      The three Regices can be caught in Emerald without a cheat code or special event. After capturing them, you then need to migrate them to Pearl, Diamond, or Platinum. If you have all three, you can get the King Regice by going to the temple in the snowy city to the north (I don't remember the name), and you follow the path to present yourself in front of a statue. With all three with you, you talk to it and it awakens.

      For Manaphy, you need Pokémon Ranger 1 or 2. You complete the Manaphy mission, and once it's done, you enter a code in the main menu of the game and then transfer the egg to your Pokémon cartridge. You walk for a long time and when it hatches (at level 40), you make it breed with Ditto (Phione cannot evolve into Manaphy).


      Attention!!!!!!!!
      Once you have transferred Manaphy from Pokémon Ranger, even if you start a new game and restart the Manaphy mission, you will NEVER find the egg again; you can only get it once in the cartridge. So be careful.

    Thank you, but you know some of the ones on your list are incorrect. I captured Mewtwo in a cave, and I have the normal game without any replay or cheat codes. I caught Regirock, Registeel, and Regice in a cave as well, also without any codes or anything. I got Regigigas in Sinnoh, no codes used. I got Manaphy and Phione from an egg. But I have a question, in SoulSilver, there is an ancient altar in the forest next to Ecruteak City. What is this altar that reigns over the forest? Is it a Pokémon? Thank you for responding quickly, I can't wait to know the answers!

    In fact, Celebi doesn't serve much purpose in Soulsilver, only to have Jirachi or another Pokémon of that type, and that's it. Plus, to get it without a code, you have to participate in an event, or however you want to call it.
