Good evening,
I absolutely need help! I played online at casino-club and online-bingo at roulette.
When I opened the account, I deposited 50 euros and they offered me 50 euros.
I won a few euros that I wanted to transfer back to my bank account.
However, in the complicated terms and conditions written in small print, it states that since they gave me a bonus, I have to wager 50 times the bonus in order to withdraw my money and send it to my account.
So that's 50 euros of bonus, which means 50*50=2500 euros minimum to wager before I can even think about getting my money back to my bank account!!!
I lost 303 euros out of my own pocket that I had put on my gaming account via credit card!
What should I do to recover this amount (which is credited to my gaming account) but that I cannot send to my bank account!!!!
Since I paid by credit card, can I make a request to dispute this with my bank!
Thank you for helping me!!!
All casino gaming sites are scams!! What should I do??

A simple and effective solution:
Don't play "pay-to-play" games of chance online anymore!!!
The lure of easy money leads to excess and problems… like yours now. At the risk of becoming addicted and foolishly ruining yourself...
If you like strategy games (and there are plenty of them), I recommend chess, where you can court the Queen without risking a real spanking :-p

When you are offered money to play, if you think it's free, then you are big fools! Moreover, casinos clearly explain in their terms and conditions how bonuses work!
Basically, you are slandering sites that pay their players! I take Grand21 as an example, where I received my winnings without any issues!

The problem with bonuses offered by online casinos is that you should actually refuse them upon registration! (except possibly for high rollers...)

Recently, online casinos have been refusing French players or worse, not paying out winnings due to the new gambling law

Amaury34190, before playing on an online casino, it is advisable to check the terms and conditions even if this phase is tedious.
Any bonus granted by the gambling operator requires you to comply with wagering conditions.
Indeed, sometimes the casino requires you to wager a minimum of 20 times the bonus offered before making a withdrawal.
However, before pulling out your credit card, I recommend that you send an email to the operator or write in the chat window that you simply do not want a bonus.
Thus, as mentioned by the blog
It is only after receiving a response from the casino's promotions service that I recommend depositing money.

Grattage.info, you will play only with your initial money, the amount you deposited to try your luck at winning money.

Regarding casino gaming sites in France, I want to remind you that it's illegal, and particularly those that are not part of the Arjel concerning legality are simply thieves. The only online forum that tells the truth is Casino France; the others just make money as affiliates, and it's a lot. They threaten players who file complaints on forums when they win, saying they won’t pay them if they don’t withdraw their message. It’s nonsense, and no one says anything. Avoid the Bestpartner network... Sometimes people are treated as competitors when they are just simple players. It disgusts me.
Magick slot I won 3700 euros, I wanted to withdraw them but they wouldn't let me, and the money disappeared. Well, I only put in 100 euros, and we know that the casino always wins in the long run, but here it’s clear they don’t know how to lose because when you win, they steal from you lol.
Even I had made a deposit of €100 and I had won €700 on the Reactoonz game. I requested a withdrawal of €700 and I waited 5 days for them to respond, saying that I need to send documents to confirm my identity. So, they canceled my withdrawal until I lost all €700. They sent me an email saying that they confirmed my identity. Those big thieves, watch out friends, they are scamming us in complete legality.
Among the casinos that will make you lose money, I advise you to avoid Winoui casino and Lucky8. They have good marketing services that send you nice emails to console you, but you will only accumulate losses and losses with no hope of significant winnings. Unfortunately, I played big but received pathetic winnings and faced endless procedures to cash them out. Once you win a ridiculous amount compared to your bets, you will only continue to lose and lose. Moreover, these casinos do everything they can to get you to bet your winnings even after you have requested a withdrawal. They know that if you play with those winnings, you will lose them, and as a result, your withdrawal request will be canceled. This clearly shows that the games are rigged. Otherwise, why would casinos encourage you to re-bet winnings? They know full well that in this case, you will lose them entirely.
Hello Poupie, I'm afraid there's nothing to be done alone...
As for me, I won €470 without a bonus on GrandParker at the roulette.
I waited 10 days for the withdrawal and received an email from GrandParker on the tenth day telling me that my winnings could not be paid because I cheated...
It's the pot calling the kettle black.
I think the only solution is to come together to file a lawsuit for fraud.
Have a nice day Poupie.

Online casinos are a real scam; luck was more generous before. They give bonuses and require you to wager 35 times your bet, and there's a reason for that. In fact, there's a technique, I would say rather a control. You start playing with the required bonus; you have to wager 35 or 40 times your bet, which means that during this time you will win, but you haven't yet reached the 35 or 40 times your bet. Once you do reach it, wins generally become rarer. That's the bonus technique. Moreover, when you think you have the right to make a claim, they have the power to pay you or not, and they still let you request a withdrawal, but you won't see your money again because they've set so many conditions that, dishonestly, your request is refused. I believe that the players who win are chosen based on their loyalty and especially the total amount they have wagered over several months or even years. Everything is under control and regulated!
A false statement about your credit card or account can get you into serious trouble.
The best thing would have been to say that you lost your card, but now it's too late.
Own up to it, if you can afford to play 303€, you can also afford to lose it...

All scams, for my part I had the same problem with "DingoCasino", I sent 50 euros and they gave me a 50 euro bonus and asked me to wager 2500 euros if I wanted to withdraw my winnings.
Unfortunately for them, I played and won so I was able to withdraw 1000 euros, feeling happy that I had outsmarted them. It has now been a month that I have been waiting for this transfer and I still haven't received anything. After inquiring further, I found out that for a withdrawal from an online casino site, they ask for an ID, a proof of address, etc... The casino never asked me for anything in this regard, I have sent several emails and still have no response. Since then, I have been wandering on the complaint forums against casinos and I realize that I am not the only one. It's really a shame to scam people, but it's quite ingenious on their part, I think. The proof is that we are several who have deposited money on their site.

Hello. I’m here to confirm the comments regarding scams of online casinos. On PLAY2WIN my username is Poupie1 (so they’ll see that I’m not hiding). After multiple attempts (emails, calls), to this day it is impossible to withdraw my winnings of €240. Without going into details, I confirm that this casino does not pay its users. This message will serve as my revenge!
Hello,
same for me on Magik Slots: €1000 invested (and lost) and €1000 in bonuses, so to withdraw the €300 I have left I'm supposed to wager over €27000!!! they're all crooks, I'm disgusted!

A casino in Curacao supposedly under Cypriot law has nothing to fear legally...
Avoid these offshore financial predators!

Cresus Casino avoid it, attention big scam do not play on this site they take advantage of their players' addiction they make you win at the beginning and then the machines give nothing and they also block the account when we talk about addiction during conversations with them I am considering filing a complaint seriously even if we know it may not necessarily lead to anything.
Hello julienas063
I also play on Crésus and indeed, even though I've withdrawn large sums of money from this casino, it remains true that for some time now, there haven't been any winning machines... so I confirm that the machines are indeed rigged because putting 100 euros into a machine while betting 0.10 is just blatant theft...
What a shame because I thought I had found the right place without scams and without wagering conditions, but they always want more, so for me, it's over; they won't see me again, and even less my credit card.

you will have a hard time convincing anyone that these are unauthorized withdrawals, especially since your bank keeps records of all your transactions (even those secured with https).
feel free to blow your money in virtual casinos...

21 grandcasino is a big scam, in fact they are dishonest in this casino, because you really feel like you're facing a player who guides the outcome. And if you manage to win a few euros (less than 50 of course), then you will never be able to withdraw them (they will ask you for documents + then they will say that you cheated the game with this or that method, then they will return all the money you requested to withdraw to your casino account so you can play again === you will lose it 100%). So beware of this casino.
But I have already played at Riviera Royale and I won and withdrew easily.

In the event of a dispute regarding the credit card and reporting of fraudulent deposits, what does the bank do? Who reimburses the unjustified amounts, the bank, the insurance, or the casino site?
Wow, all these casinos are really scary, especially casino770 which seems to be the worst of them all.
I confirm: a year after Franck's post, nothing has changed on onelinebingo.eu.
I speak from experience because I too lost a lot of money with this bunch. It would take too long to tell the whole story, but just know that you should absolutely not go there. When you are 100% right, the operators of this scam site will always consider you to be 150% wrong! And when they are completely cornered, they will make you look like a mental case, then they will permanently close your account. They are dishonest, liars, bad faith, and malicious. But they will get what’s coming to them...

Sorry for you, you should have read the terms. I won €11,000 on Raging Bull Casino with the €50 no deposit bonus at Cash Bandit 2; I got all the chests (I was having fun) and ten minutes later it just dropped to €100 lol. It's a scam, these casinos will never pay you. For my part, I play for fun just with no deposit bonuses because I know it's a scam and there are no laws protecting players for now. Keep your money. Once a year I treat myself at a real casino (betting €150) and in 2018 I hit the royal at the poker machine. Betting €2 for 5, I won €2,000; it's the only time in twenty-five years that I walked out a winner from a casino. GOOD LUCK TO YOU in getting your money back.
I have disputed the charge on my credit card and I will go to my bank as soon as possible.
I will put on my little act to try to recover at least 125 euros by saying that I never authorized this withdrawal.
I will keep you updated for sure.
But regarding this online casino site, which scams their clients... they make tens of thousands of euros a day!!!!
There’s no way to turn them around.
(as they say in their terms of use, you have to wager 50 times the bonus, so they aren't lying...... their technique is unbeatable).
