ZTE ZXV10 W300 Router Modem for Djaweb Solved/Closed

Question

Hello everyone and happy new year!!!

This is the first time I'm asking a question on this forum because thanks to all of you, I've always found answers to my questions.

So, my problem is simple; I want to replace my Thomson Speedtouch 530 v6 with a ZTE ZXV10 W300. My provider is Djaweb ADSL... or Anis, I’m not really sure. In any case, I want to be able to enjoy Wi-Fi without it costing me an arm and a leg.

to configure your modem you need to
- enter this website: 192.168.1.1
- the username and the password are admin (both in uppercase)
- click on interface setup
- check pppoe then you will find another window
- write the username and the password in the appropriate field
- finally click on save

The WiFi configuration can be found in the "Interface Setup" tab => "Wireless" once you access your modem.

Hi, I have a ZTE ZXV10 W300 modem with an ANIS connection.
It has been configured for me 3 times and it hasn't worked! Once properly configured, only the WIFI worked (the internet light was on), so I had to call 12 for a solution AND they sent me a technician who reconfigured it, he set it to bridge mode and now I only have a connection with the cable and not the wifi! I don't know what to do, I don't want to go back to Algeria Telecom (they're making me crazy) please help me! Thank you

I had the same issue with the ZTE ZXV10 W300 modem and yet I'm used to configuring modems. When I left the servicename field empty, the modem connected normally and my problem is resolved. I hope it works for you too. Good luck!
