Pb avec avast

salut, je viens d'installé l'anti virus avast sur mon pc portable, et g un disque dur externe. quand avast est installé, mon ordi ne veut plus ouvrir les fichiers du disque externe, il affiche un ecren bleu et redemarre.
l'ecran dit: "un pb a ete detecte et windows a ete arrete afin de prevenir tout dommage sur votre ordinateur"
...
apres il parle de mise a jour du BIOS, des "option de memoire du BIOS telle que la mise en cache ou l'ombrage"
puis il parle du "mode sans echec"

que faire svp?

donc fix et recherche et suppr la dll

Mon pb c'est que l'ordi ne veut plus ouvrir les fichier de mon disque dur externe. il le reconnait quand je le branche, il ouvre les 3 gros dossiers de mon DDE qui sont "logiciels", "film" et "musique". par contre là, dès que je clique sur l'un d'eux, ça m'afffiche un ecran bleu 1 sec puis il redemarre.
l'ecran dit:
"un pb a ete detecte et windows a ete arrete afin de prevenir tout dommage sur votre ordinateur"
...
apres il parle de mise a jour du BIOS, des "option de memoire du BIOS telle que la mise en cache ou l'ombrage"
puis il parle du "mode sans echec"
Mais il fait ça seulement quand l'anti virus Avast est installé.
Si Avast est desinstallé ou simplement inactif, je peux accerder a mon DDE sans probleme...

oui g esayé. mon ordi beug pareil, il affiche le meme ecran des le debut de l'analyse. il analyse meme 1/4 de seconde, il beug direct.

oui mais coment ça se fait que lorsque avast est desactivé je peux acceder aux données de mon DDE? avant j'avais norton anti virus mais il a expiré et j'ai installé avast. c'est depuis que j'ai avast que ça fait ça...

dans panneau de configuration, ajouter supprimer les programmes, puis supprimer. apres j'ai redemarrer l'ordi puis intallé avast et redemarrer encore

tu as peut etre des residu de norton qui bloque?
avec un nettoyeur de registre recherche les clef avec les mots norton et symantec et suppr les de la base de registre

ouais, une vraie cochonnerie à virer le norton ....
il y a des outils spécifiques sur leur site ici : (attention à bien choisir la version à désinstaller )

j'ai fait windows update il y a 2 jours.


Avec regcleaner, je vois plus rien de norton.
par contre y un truc qui s'apelle (dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes): "LiveUpdate 2.6 ( symantec corporation)"
