For work reasons, I am in Marseille for over 10 years, so I am renting my house so that it does not remain empty all this time...
I rent it for €650 all charges included to ensure its occupation during my absence, so if you are really interested, please leave me your information for the appointment.
- The following information is required for the visit:
NAME:
FIRST NAME:
Monthly INCOME:
LEASE DURATION:
Number of residents:
Phone(s):
- During the visit and contract signing, you will need to provide the following:
......................... copies front and back of the identity card or driving license
.......................... latest payslips
.......................... A receipt from the last rent (if you are leaving a rental)
.......................... The payment of one month’s rent and one month’s deposit (€1300).
NB: I would like you to leave me the above information to arrange an appointment, I will contact you at your number to set the appointment in the next 2 days.
I will be waiting for your response to make a decision for the visit.
Some photos taken last Saturday:
I responded that I was interested in a visit, I left my contact details (name, first name, phone) and he sent me this:
Hello
I have received your email as well as the required information for the visit. Thus, I confirm the appointment for Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 6:30 PM at ................................(I mask the address as these are real people living there)
During the visit and contract signing, as I told you, you will need to provide the following:
................. copies front and back of the identity card or driving license
.................. latest payslips
.................. A receipt from the last rent (if you are leaving a rental)
.................. The payment of one month’s rent and one month’s deposit (€1300)..
Regarding visits, last week I traveled for nothing from Marseille because a person (meaning he was not at the appointment and did not even have the means to rent the house) did not show up. For the Wednesday appointment to be effective, one last formal requirement remains to be filled to guarantee that you are really interested and have the means to rent the house:
Starting tomorrow at the latest, your rental application must be complete, and regarding the deposit instead of being in cash or other, I want it to be in the form of a postal check receipt (Urgent Cash Mandate); that is to say, you will go and make a deposit of €1300 via Urgent Cash Mandate at the post office on my coordinates:
Name: Richard
First name: Jeanine
City: MERIGNAC
After this operation at the post office, you will be given a receipt that contains my details and the payment information (Identification number) that you must keep safely with you. So you will have a receipt that you will confirm to me by scanning while hiding the secret information (Collection codes) to assure me that you are really interested and that you have the means to pay the deposit.
On the day of the visit starting at 6 PM, after visiting this house, I will have you sign the contract according to your lease duration and I will hand you the keys to this house; then you will give me the postal check receipt containing the payment information so that I can cash the deposit
if my house suits you; otherwise, if the house is not to your liking, you can still withdraw your money with the receipt that contains the payment information. This is somewhat of a guarantee for me that you are really interested and that you have the means to rent this house and a reservation for yours.
PS: The receipt must be kept safely as it will be returned after the signing of the lease contract. Your application must be in order before the day of the appointment.
you can contact my husband at 09 -70 -44 -71 -14 as soon as everything is done.
Thank you and see you soon
MR and Mrs. Richard
I sensed a scam from a mile away, there is no way I'm giving money to someone without seeing anything, don't get caught!!
Is there any risk having left my contact details only? I haven't given anything else.
Thank you in advance to all!
Chacha
