Bonjour à tous, J'espère que l'un de vous pourra m'aider parce que ca fait quelques mois que je cherche une solution à mon problème. J'ai eu le virus instant access et ai suivi toutes les indications pour virer les dossiers... mais depuis, une icone ressemblant à celle d'explorer mais en rouge apparait dans mon systray quand je ne bouge plus la souris pendant quelques minutes!! Merci d'avance à tous

Alors description,

c'est un "e rouge", qui ressemble à l'icone d'internet explorer mais sansl'ellipse autour.
Il apparait après environ 1 min d'inactivité de souris.
Il m'est impossilbe de cliquer dessus parce que dès que je rebouge la souris, elle disparait!!

il n'est pas dedans, j'ai regardé, par contre dans la partie éléments précédents il y a un dossier access instant noté : toujours masqué!!

relance hijack et clik sur open the misck tools
ensuite coche les deux case a cote de generate startup list et ensuite cik dessus

et donne le rapport

bonjour j'ai eu ce problème que j'ai résolu en désinstallant pop up eclair.
si tu as ce logiciel je te conseille de le désinstaller
