Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0
My old mouse and keyboard are not working well anymore, so I tried to connect the ones that came with the computer using the round green and purple ports (PS2, I think :s), but it’s not working..
Do I need to install these peripherals???
Thank you.

Hi... I would say less "ignorant," although that's quite a big word! ;)
Let's say: on the way to becoming a "pro"! ;)

    Best regards,

    Good evening...

The mouse and keyboard are automatically recognized by the system... it may be that your ports on the PC side are in bad condition...
However, you need to plug them in BEFORE turning on the PC!
    Best regards,
    See you later
