Set up PC controller for Blur

Hello, I have a gamepad for PC that works with most games on the computer, but for the blue racing game, the gamepad is not recognized :( while the computer recognizes it and other games like PES 2010 do recognize it.
Please, can you help me?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.5.10
