[Pokapoka] et autres problèmes Résolu

Bonsoir à toutes et tous,
J'ai pas mal de problèmes en ce moment, sous Windows 2000 + Avast + Tiny firewall. Je liste, ca sera peut-être plus lisible :
*Pokapoka73 présent
*worms sdbot.cje ; rbot.cje ; rbot.ciq ; Trojan Lowzones.du..détectés par avast et secuser
*redémarrages intempestifs du PC très fréquents (tous les jours)
*messages d'erreur du systeme avec compte a rebours avant redemarrage
*je joue a world of warcraft et suis ramene toutes les 30 secondes sur le bureau = injouable
*tiens...;on clavier vient de passer en qzerty..:/

j arrete la ca ;e rend dingue, merci de m avoir lu. j ai grand besoin d aide, merci d avance.
PS : je suis nul en informatique
j allais oublier la barre exotique qui est apparue dans Explorer

bon telecharge kaspersky personal et fais un scan complet . http://www.kaspersky.com/fr/evaluationpour ce qui est de ton clavier qui est enn qwerty fais cette manip : ALT +SHIFT  ca a pour but de modifier le clavier soit en azerty soit en qwertypour ton redémarrage je dirais que c'est PEUT ETRE sasser ( mais sans grandes convictions ) va sur secuser et telechage l'ouil de desinfection sasser !tiens moi au courant

salut , ferme avast ( tu le desinstalle pas ) et installe kaspersky ( normalement ils devraient pas se taper dessus ) ensuite met a jour kaspersky et deconnefcte toi d'internet et fais un scan complet de ton pc PS : une fois installé , ouvre kaspersky et  clique sur parametre ( la je l'ai pas sous les yeux ) il me semble que c'est sa et ensuite clique sur analyse a la demande ( toujours dans l'onglet parametre ) et selectionne supprimer les fichiers infectésenfin lance ton analyse ( analyser le poste de travail )

Re,bon je pense avoir tout fait sauf :pas pu supprimer Spyware vanisher que je n'ai trouvé nulle part. je l'ai déjà viré la semaine derniere je crois et là, pas de traces.Par contre il y a PestPatrol qui est peut etre superflu, qu'en penses tu ?Dans C\winnt\system32, pas osé supprimer le fichier ms32 qui était grisé et n'avait pas d'extension. Je retourne le faire s'il faut.Spybot a viré des trucs mais n'a pas pu supprimer Azesearch qui a 6 entrées dans la base de registre. juste un truc en passant va dans poste de travail et clique sur Outils-->options des dossiers  ensuite clique sur l'onglet affichage puis decoche Masquer les extensions de fichiers dont le type est connu et fait OK . sa te permettra de voir les extensions des fichiers --> tres pratique pour les virus deguisé en .jpg ou autre

je n'arrive pas à lancer le scan Bitdefender. Peux pas choisir les options de scan ni choisir les fichiers et rien ne se passe quand je clic sur "click here to scan" (20 min que j'essaye)

D'autre part le deuxieme lien s'ouvre sur une page de texte, je ne vois rien à telecharger.

pour le scan avec bitdef il faut aller sur le site avec internet explorer, imperatif, et accepter le controle activex.
pour silentrunner, fais un clic droit sur le lien ci-dessous, et clic sur "enregistrer la cible sous"

Salut Regis,

en attendant tes instructions j'ai voulu alléger mon pc au démarrage, mais quand je tape msconfig dans "executer" j'ai la réponse "fichier introuvable".
Je sais pas si c'est lié aux problemes de virus donc je poste pas ailleurs pour pas interferer avec tes recherches.

De plus j'ai toujours les arrêts systemes avec dr watson et redemarrage qui deviennent franchement lourds.

Et un cheval de troie qu'avast vient de detecter au moment ou j'ecris ce post :

Win 32 :Rbot-AJN dans C\winnt\system32\windows.exe

Mis en quarantaine.

Pour msconfig c'est bon, j'ai vu qu'il n'existait pas dans win2000 alors je me suis débrouillé avec Spybot.Par contre les autres problèmes sont toujours là.a +

J'ai fixé les 04 et supprimé IEXPLORE.exe.

10 minutes après le redémarrage j'ai eu un arrêt système avec le compte à rebours (sais pas comment ca s'appelle ce truc, c'est toujours la même fenêtre) et un message du Dr Watson, donc redémarrage forcé.

Le scan avec mon antivirus (avast) n'a rien donné, mais avast a bloqué à certains passages, notamment sur adaware.

Là je viens de faire un scan bitdefender et ca donne cà (toujours infecté):

Bonsoir Regis59, Moe, Done et les autres,Je viens de faire un scan kaspersky en ligne (2 fois de suite) qui me trouve 3 virus et 22 fichiers infectés, mais pas moyen de savoir lesquels (rien ne s'affiche à part le nombre de fichiers).Pas pu non plus réinstaller la version d'essai que j'avais eu la bonne idée de désinstaller hier :/Bref, pour changer, je sais pas trop quoi faire...Je viens quand meme de lancer un scan bitdefender histoire de voir si il peut les identifier et pour dire que je fais quelque chose.Si quelqu'un passe dans le coin et a le temps (ben voyons) de regarder le dernier log hijack.. merci d'avance :)a +

lol, dsl pour le chemin des fichiers...pour le registre:apparement le rapport normal d'hijackthis ne fais pas apparaitre ces 2 entrées, alors que le second oui:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Microsoft Internet Explorer = lEXPLORE.EXE HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run MSMsgSvcsi tu hesite à faire la suppression à la main, je peux te mettre la manip pour faire un fichier *.reg qui s'occupera de supprimer les mauvaises entrées à ta place.obligé de passer par une suppression manuelle ou un reg, car pas possible de fixer avec hijackthis.c'est toi qui vois.a+

Je ne peux pas rester plus se soir, je te met comment faire le reg pour supprimer les entrées néfastes.ouvre le bloc note et copie et colle ce qui est en bleu ci-dessous à l'interieur: REGEDIT4[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] "Microsoft Internet Explorer"=-[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] "MSMsgSvc"=-Puis fichier>enregistrer sous et dans: Nom du fichier, met  fix.reg Type de fichier: selectionne "tous les fichiers" clic sur enregistrer ensuite double clic sur fix.reg et accepte de fusionner (repond oui à la boite de dialogue)ensuite reposte un hijack version longueà demain

salutje pense que bitdefender ne detecte pas tout les fichiers infectés, pour qu'il revienne comme ca à chaque fois.Est ce que tu as supprime C\winnt\system32\IEXPLORE.exe ?ne le supprime pas encore, je vais esayer d'uploader un bat qui va rechercher les fichiers crées à la meme date qu'IEXPLORE.exe.sinon, rien n'est visible dans hijackthis...tente un scan ici:http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/fr/activescan_principal.htmou làhttp://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtmla+

Ok,non je n'ai pas supprimé Iexplore, j'attendais ton avis.je vais tenter les 2 scans panda et fsecure, mais pour l instant avast me bloque les activex panda, je vais quitter les autres sites d'ici 5/10 minutes pour desactiver avast et pouvoir scanner chez panda.je reviens après.à +

Bonjour,Mon Pc fonctionne depuis 2 jours sans aucun problème, plus de traces d'aucun virus (derniers scans il y a 30 min), bref ca tourne.Je pensais faire un récap pour la résolution des problèmes mais à part copier/coller tous les posts je ne vois pas comment faire, donc je laisse comme çà.Un grand merci (par ordre d'apparition à l'écran) : à Régis59, Done et Moe31 pour leur aide précieuse et sympathique, et longue vie à ce site indispensable.Bon week end tout le monde,a+
