Hello,
I don't know how to write m2 or m3, with the 2 or 3 in superscript above the m.
In Excel or my messaging app, I don't know if it's an alt + a number or a key combination with the number 2 or 3.

You go to special characters => symbols => Numbers and symbols. There, you scroll down (first you have a series of surrounded numbers, then numbers under fractions, ...) and finally you have two lines of 0 to 9 written small, those are the exponents and indices.
