Visualiser un tableau LATER fichier . tex

Bonjour tout le monde,

J'ai une question qui paraitra basique aux utilisateurs de Latex, j e m en excuse d avance mais je ne suis pas du tout une initiée.
Je travaille sur R (open- source de S-plus....), notamment avec un package qui avec une simple ligne de commande permet de mettre en tableau Latex mes résultats obtenus. J'ai donc un fichier . tex qui s'enregistre dans Mes documents qui est le code a compiiler et visualiser et c'est tout ce que je veux!!! mais je n y arrive pas... quelqu un pourrait-il m 'aider?? je ne sais pas ce que je dois installer comme ligiciel. J'ai essayé dinstaller MikTex sans succès.
