Bonjour,
Je viens d obtenir un emploi d assisitant comptable " Coordinator - Estimation" dans une entreprise de batiments et travaux publics dans le golf.
En effet jai fait Marketing et jai jamais occupe ce post auparavant. Voulez vous me guider dans cette tache. Y a t- il des tableaux ou plutot une demarche appropriee pour reussir dans ce job.
Job Tittle: Coordinator- Estimation and you will report to technical support manager in Private Project construction.
Your main duties and reponsibilites will be:
1. Ensures accuracy of the cost in the main objective of the billing.
2. Coordinates with various departments to obtain the details regarding direct materials* cost to add them on the billing system.
3. Coordinates on transfer of material cost for stores to extract all monthly material cost from the store system to the billing system.
4. Delivers the monthly billing to the responsible party for verification and payment on the billing.
5. Meets with the superiors to obtain their approvals and guidance on monthly billing to ensure performance and finalization.
6. Plans, assigns distribute the priorities work among subordinates.
7. Supervises subordinates on collecting all monthly billing to ensure work completion according to the billing standard
