HTML - Insert spaces between two lines

Bonjour,

I would like to insert empty lines into the HTML code of my Blogger template to more clearly separate the end of one post from the title of the next post...

Example:
Published by njacques on January 5, 2010 0 comments
Categories: Desserts
Chicken soup meal

I want to insert 2 empty lines between Categories: Dessert and Chicken soup to achieve a clearer visual and get the following:

Chicken soup meal
