Hello,
When I navigate from right to left on my screen with my built-in laptop mouse, it often happens that my PC goes back to the previous page. If I'm playing a flash game, the game closes and I end up on the previous page. I have tried to configure my mouse differently, but it still continues and I haven't found a solution. Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Ah, I got it

    -start
    -control panel
    -mouse
    -extension
    -extension function settings...
    -touch pad tab
    -touch pad surface settings
    -uncheck (use navigation assist function)
    -and there you go

    as for the left corner, it was already set to none!

    Hello, you need to modify the mouse properties: in the function tab: assign the left corner: select "none" and uncheck "use web assistant."

    exactly the same problem with my girlfriend's PC, it's annoying... I've searched through her PC but nothing, it's a hassle... if anyone finds the issue, please let me know =) thanks in advance

    To change the settings, where do I go? I go to Control Panel and then I click on Mouse, but there isn't a functions tab; I'm on Vista, just so you know...

    I can't find it, ugh...
