Hello,

I would like to organize a bingo game in my town, but I don't know where to find bingo cards since I was planning to make them myself.

I would need your help to determine if there is any software or free generator available to create bingo cards?

the game you want to organize is mistakenly called lottery in France it is bingo in the rest of the world!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Because "loto" is a registered trademark (and name) of La Française des Jeux, this means that anyone wishing to organize a **loto** (bingo, therefore) using the term "loto" could face legal action from La Française des Jeux.
  
  And I don’t see why you are looking for software to create bingo cards?
  A bingo or loto card contains all the same numbers; you just need to use Excel if you know nothing about programming, and you can even create a card using Paint... and then print it out.
