Bonjour,
bonjour,
Shredder s'est installé sur mon bureau et avec lui dans : "tous mes programmes", playalot game winferno.
Pourriez vous m'indiquer la procedure à suivre pour l'éliminer. J'ai lu plus haut qu'il fallait faire un rapport avec hijackthis, je l'ai fait.

1) télécharge hijackthis ici:hijackthis
ceci est un outil pour diagnostiquer ton pc .

*.Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau
*. Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
*. Par défaut, il s'installera là C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
*. Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
*. Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
*. Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
*. Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
*. Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
*. Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Télécharge ZhpDiag en cliquant sur ce lien : https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

Une fois le téléchargement achevé, double clique sur ZHPDiag.exe(clic droit ,"éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista).

Une fois installé le programme s'ouvre automatiquement .

Clique sur "options"(icone petit tournevis) puis cocher toutes les cases mis a part les 045 et 061 (décoché par défaut).

Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur la "disquette" (enregistrer sous..) .

Rend toi sur ce site : https://www.cjoint.com/

Clique sur parcourir et sélectionne le fichier ZhpDiag.txt .

Un lien va etre créer ,poste ce lien dans ta prochaine réponse.

Il se pourrait que ce soit un rootkit qui relance l'infection (merci Fill)

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
https://forospyware.com

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
avant de te reconnecter à internet.

? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

j'ai tout desactivé et decoonecté internet.(je suis sur le portable).mais combofix me dit: la console de récupération Microsoft windws n'est pas installé. Il faut que je me reconnecte pour qu'il l'installe.
Que dois je faire puisque tu me dis qu'il ne faut pas être connecté ni l'anti virus activé

Il faut installer la console de récup et ensuite tu lancera combofix .

Bonjour,

Ce matin nouveauté. PC Confidential a demarré complètement (avant j'avais juste un message d'erreur), par contre Avast indique 4 services en execution au lieu de 6. Ce n'est pas normal!

Encore moi,

j'ai éteind et rallumé le pc etcette fois ci avast marche normalement par contre pour PC confidential je n'ai eu que le message d'erreur.
Je suis un peu dépassée par tout ça.

Il va falloir analyser un ou des fichier(s) suspect(s) !

Il se peut qu'il se trouvent dans les " dossiers cachés " du systeme.
Il faut donc les rendre visibles pour le scan.

Pour afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés:

Panneau de configuration > Options des dossiers > onglet Affichage.

Coche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés,
Décoche Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus
Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système.
Un message de mise en garde va apparaitre. Clique sur OK pour confirmer ton choix.
Les fichiers et dossiers cachés du système apparaitront alors dans l'explorateur Windows en transparence.

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ces fichiers : c:\windows\system32\drivers\SBREDrv.sys
c:\windows\desctemp.dat

Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

c:\windows\system32\drivers\SBREDrv.sys ,pour celui ci tu devrais le trouver aisément en suivant le chemin d'acces , tu va dans ton disque dur C:\ ensuite dossier "windows" puis dossier system32 puis dossier "drivers" et enfin le fichier SBREDrv.sys

Ok ,RAS pour ces deux fichiers ....

Je voudrais que tu relance OTM :

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Pour l'instant ,ne supprimes aucuns outils avant que l'on est fini ...
