"the other card" of Crédit Agricole ref

Hello.

I wanted to get this credit card that perfectly matches my needs,
but my advisor is discouraging me because it is apparently for people who have difficulties managing their accounts (that's not my case)
and it gets declined 1 out of 2 times for online purchases, which is exactly how I wanted to use it.

This card checks the account balance every time, that's fine, but I don't see why there would be an issue if the account is funded and the purchase is made on a French or European website that accepts credit cards.

Anyway, do you have this card and does it cause you this kind of problem?
