Hello,
I have a 2GB Ryval USB drive that has been acting up for a while, and now I can't recover any files from it. I checked the properties of my device, which shows that 1.88GB is being used; the files are there, but I can't see them. I would like to know how to delete them, but most importantly, I want to empty my USB drive so I can use it again. If you have any tips or software to wipe my drive, thank you in advance!
Sincerely, Clémentine!

you need to format it by right-clicking on your drive and then selecting format
if that doesn't work, go to the command prompt (start-->accessories-->command prompt)
you type the following command: format volume_name .
volume_name being the letter representing your USB drive in my computer.
this command will force the formatting of your USB drive.
come on up.....
