Calls from a 06, number not assigned for callback. Solved

Question

Hello,  I am receiving calls from +33653311300, a number that seems to be a mobile in France. When I answer, no one responds and the call quickly disconnects. When I call back, I reach a voicemail that tells me the number is not assigned.  Have you ever been in this situation? Where could this number come from?  Thank you in advance.

0653311300 = "loyalty" service (or "customer harassment," depending on the point of view) of Bouygues Télécom. They pretend not to know, but it is indeed them; I spoke with a salesperson who called from 0653311300. I think we can close this topic.

My partner is receiving calls from the number 0653311300 on her mobile and shortly after on our landline (a Freebox number with the portability of the geographic number of France Télécom). Same for me, I received a call from this number this morning. They claimed to be from Bouygues Telecom and asked to speak to the account holder. They called him by his name and I told them to call back later.
In the meantime, I contacted Bouygues, which is our provider, and of course they have nothing. I see that we are not the only ones... I gave them this number but they cannot tell me who it belongs to, of course.

It is likely a loyalty service from Bouygues Telecom. They called me back at noon; and they have access to my account since they were able to tell me (I didn't provide any information on the subject) my plan and the exact length of time I have been with them. They are offering me 20 extra minutes per month without changing the price of my subscription, but with a new 24-month commitment and without touching my loyalty points. They know how to insist heavily (recording made by their service) and only wait for a yes to re-engage you for 24 months. Don't hesitate to suggest being called back another day to consider the offer.

It is indeed Bouygues Telecom that is launching automatic calls: if you answer, you have to wait for a sales representative to be connected to get a response (hence the frequent lack of a quick response). They will offer very limited benefits in exchange for a 24-month commitment. You just need to say that you have initiated a number portability with another operator, and the calls will stop.

Hello, I just landed on this forum, and to tell the truth, I'm experiencing the same thing as you, except that for me it's a 0170442530 calling and hanging up after 10 seconds. Hello,  Just a question, what field does your mother work in? Independent? It's been well over 2-3 years that I've been getting calls, but they show up as anonymous, and since Sunday, I've been getting a ton of numbers starting with 00331... either I don’t answer or I hang up immediately. I think I know who it is. I even called one of these numbers, but there was no line for that number.  Besides, they are persistent and don't let go, it's honestly harassment. I've asked this company at least ten times to remove me from their list, but nothing works, it keeps starting up again.

You absolutely need to block this number!! You have a rejection list on your phone, add this number to it! Notify your operator! This number has been bothering people for a good month!! Don't hesitate to file a complaint either!! In less than 24 hours, I had 6 missed calls from them.. if the rejection doesn't work, I will file a complaint. Don't try to call them back in any case, it won't do any good (you'll get a pre-recorded message, or you'll be told "the number you have requested is not assigned", or it will pick up but you won't hear anything...) After several unanswered calls from this number as well. After checking with customer service, it is one of their customer loyalty numbers. When I mentioned the way the calls were made, the manager I spoke to on the phone said she was not aware of it but would take the necessary steps with her hierarchy. It's certain that before knowing what number it was, she was telling me to file a complaint for malicious calls. These calls would come from the platform in Morocco. I spoke about the various testimonies online and the fact that these calls encourage changing operators. Call customer service to pass on the information so that we can finally be at ease. This seems like a scam to me. Bouygues is my provider and doesn’t play these little games. ESPECIALLY don’t call back thinking that the line was disconnected accidentally; it’s probably an overloaded number.
