Hola,
intenté descargar USBFix de todos los enlaces que habéis dado, incluso en Firefox no funciona; aparece el mensaje “not fond”; ¿una solución para descargarlo?? gracias por vuestra respuesta.
Configuración: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

    ▶ Descarga FindyKill en tu escritorio:

    http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/FindyKill.exe

    ! Desconéctate y cierra todas las aplicaciones en curso!

    • Haz doble clic en "FindyKill.exe" para iniciar la instalación y deja los parámetros de instalación por defecto.

    • Conecta tus fuentes de datos externas a tu PC (clave USB, disco externo, etc.)

    • Haz doble clic en el acceso directo FindyKill que está en tu escritorio para lanzar la herramienta.

    • En el menú principal elige la opción " F " para francés y pulsa [Enter].

    • En el segundo menú elige la opción " 1 " (búsqueda) y pulsa [Enter].

    ▶ Deja que la herramienta trabaje y no toques nada ...

    --> Publica el informe que aparece al final, en el foro ...

    ( el informe también se guarda en C:\FindyKill.txt )
    ( CTRL+A para seleccionar todo, CTRL+C para copiar y CTRL+V para pegar )

    • Nota: "Process.exe", un componente de la herramienta, es detectado por algunos antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) como un RiskTool.
    No se trata de un virus, sino de una utilidad destinada a terminar procesos.
    En manos equivocadas, esta utilidad podría detener software de seguridad (Antivirus, Firewall...) de ahí la alerta emitida por estos antivirus.

    ¡Cierra sesión y cierra todas las aplicaciones en curso (incluido el navegador).

    • Conecta tus fuentes de datos externas a tu PC, (pendrive, disco duro externo, etc...)

    • Reinicia "FindyKill": en el menú principal elige la opción " F " para francés y pulsa [enter].

    • En el segundo menú elige la opción 2 (eliminación) y pulsa [enter]

    • El PC se reiniciará automáticamente ...

    ▶ el programa va a trabajar, no toques nada ... , tu escritorio no será accesible, ¡es normal!

    --> Publica el informe que aparece al final (el informe también se guarda en C:\FindyKill.txt)

    /!\ Si el Escritorio no reaparece, pulsa Ctrl + Alt + Supr, pestaña "Archivo", "Nueva tarea", escribe explorer.exe y confirma

    Télécharge Malwarebytes
    https://www.malwarebytes.com/

    Tu l´installation; le programme va se mettre automatiquement à jour.

    Une fois à jour, le programme va se lancer; clique sur l’onglet paramètres, et coche la case : "Arrêter Internet Explorer pendant la suppression".

    Clique maintenant sur l’onglet recherche et coche la case : "exécuter un examen rapide".

    Puis clique sur "rechercher".

    Laisse le scanner le PC...

    Si des éléments ont été trouvés > clique sur supprimer la sélection.

    si il t´est demandé de redémarrer > clique sur "yes".

    À la fin un rapport va s’ouvrir; sauvegarde le de manière à le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.

    Copie et colle le rapport s’il te plaît.

    PS : les rapports sont aussi rangés dans l’onglet rapport/log
