The company and the site "Le bon coin" being based in Malta, there's no need to enlist a consumer protection service in France (or elsewhere..), they will have no power.

I regularly post ads for the sale of hand-raised birds that are authorized for sale and in free circulation. I add this small paragraph: "Birds authorized for sale See ANNEX II/B on the legislation of wildlife and flora WASHINGTON CONVENTION. Please publish my ad."
Despite this, my ads are refused due to regulations on wildlife and flora; yet Paddas are for sale on Le Bon Coin, and I provide them with the article I previously posted on Le Bon Coin which they accepted. I had to repost an ad 5 times before they accepted it a month ago for budgerigars, and still with the same argument. Yes! I believe the system is corrupt and the aim is to make us pay. What is their interest in refusing us non-offending ads that comply with current regulations, if not to squeeze us for money? I know people who use two different names, two different addresses, two different phone numbers, and they post ads every day; strangely, while this person cheats, they manage to post ads every day? I can provide proof. You just need to look at the bird ads for sale in Aulnay-sous-Bois 93 and Valenton 94, you will see that they are always posted at the same time, the particular way of writing the ad is the same, there is no doubt that it's the same person with two names. And strangely, there’s no problem????
