I succeeded in removing my phone number from the Yellow Pages directory.
To do this, I went to my Free account and first requested that my number APPEAR in the directory.
Then, a week later, I did the opposite: I requested that my number NO LONGER appear in the directory, and it was taken into account.
My phone number has finally been removed from the listing.

To remove my phone number from the Yellow Pages directory, here's how I proceeded
1-Go to "My account" at FREE and log in
2-In the Freebox management interface, click on "PHONE"
3-Choose:Manage the listing of my Freebox phone numbers in the directory
4-Read the information on the page and at the bottom click on:Access the directory data editing page
5-There you have the information on what appears in the phone directory, and you choose whether you want your number to no longer appear.
You need to wait a few days for it to be taken into account

there is indeed information on what appears in the phone directory, but it doesn't say if you want my number to not appear anymore. It says "the data concerning this person will be edited in the phone directory, then edit this information," yet my details are still online (white pages).
