Keep password after cclean cleanup

Hello,
could someone explain to me how to set up CCleaner to keep passwords and usernames despite cleaning?

    Good evening!
    You need to exclude cookies from the sites where you enter your passwords from the cleaning process in CCleaner.
    Move the cookies you want to keep to the right column.

      the video link is dead... I have the same problem, I want to keep my passwords in memory..
