Aide a propos TR/dropper.gen

Bonjour à tous
Toute à l’heure je voulais accéder à un site et de coup la page était bloqué et quand j’ai essayé ctrl+alt+suppr pour sortir de la page Avira m’indique que c’est un trojan TR/dropper.gen
Maintenant j’ai le gestionnaire de tâche désactivé a cause de ce trojan et je n’ai pas l’accès au disque C et D,chaque fois que je clique sur ces derniers Avira se déclanche en m’indique la présence de trojan TR/dropper.gen
J’aimerai que vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème

Re,

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

▶ Choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

▶ Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

▶ Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

▶ Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

▶ Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Si tu n'as pas de clé , n'y de disque dur externe cela ne te concerne pas....Fait l'option 2.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

--> Double-cliques sur SDFix.exe et choisis "Install" .
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :

• Redémarre ton ordinateur

• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).

• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.

• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".

• Choisis ton compte.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis. pour lancer le script.

• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.

• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.

• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.

• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.

• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.

• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.


• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

•NOTE:Si SDFix ne se lance pas
Clique sur=> Démarrer => Exécuter
Copie/colle ceci :
%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe

Clique sur Ok.

Redémarre et essaie de relance SDFix.

Si un rapport ne passe pas faire une alerte à la conciergerie avec le /!\ jaune.

Redémarre en mode sans échec:

Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés sous Windows Xp

▶ Double clic sur Poste de Travail,

▶ Sur le menu du haut vous cliquez sur "Outils"

▶ Cliquer sur "Options des dossiers"

▶ Cliquez sur l'onglet "Affichage"

▶ Dans les options

▶ Sélectionnez " Afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés"

▶ Cliquer ensuite sur "Appliquer"

▶ validez par "Ok"

Cherche et supprime si présent ce fichier dans => c:\windows\system32\
