GTA Chinatown Wars issue (action replay) R4

Hello,
I have an R4 Revolution V1.23 and with GTA DS I put in Action Replay codes, but the little panel (cheat (y)) doesn't appear in the game selection menu. I used Cheat Code Editor to create the codes and I saved them in the _system_ folder on the card. To find the codes, I went to http://uk.codejunkies.com/search/codes/Grand-Theft-Auto--Chinatown-Wars_Nintendo-DS_17826605-17___.aspx. I don't know if it's because the codes are for the US version or not, but I find it strange. Can someone help me?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello, so I also have an R4, so I can help you with Cheat Code Editor. Open the urscheat.dat file, click on Chinatown Wars, and next to it is the game code you need to enter (game ID). Delete this code, click on Tool, then on Get Game ID from ROM, and select your Chinatown Wars ROM. It will give you a code, copy it and paste it into the game ID from earlier. Save it on your old urscheat.dat, put your SD card back into the R4, and it’s done.

      Go to Paradise ROM to download DS ROMs or ROM Freak, and GTA does not exist; there is GTA: Chinatown Wars which is on DS.

    and for your information, I had the same problem, I followed zinndan's advice and it works now!
    that's the right solution ;)

      It's simple, you need a non-patched ROM of GTA Chinatown Wars and then you need to download the very comprehensive Urscheat with the codes for GTA (Here is the link http://cheats.gbatemp.net/files/12_08_09_All.zip or if that one doesn't work here's another http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ and there you need to download the largest file which should be 17MB). Then you need to put the downloaded Urscheat in the system folder and activate the Game Fix code and that's it, you're all set
      Ps: To extract Urscheat you need WinRAR

    It's simple, you need a non-patched ROM of GTA Chinatown Wars and then you have to download the very complete urscheat with the codes for GTA (Here is the link http://cheats.gbatemp.net/files/12_08_09_All.zip or if this one doesn't work, here's another one http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ and there you need to download the largest file which should be 17MB). Then you need to put the downloaded urscheat in the system folder and activate the Game fix code and there you go!
    Ps: To extract urscheat you need winrar

    you are useless lol!! it's because you patched your games and the cheats don't recognize them for that. A good piece of advice, I searched for 2 hours and I'm losing hope, I think it's impossible.
