Bonjour, sa fait un petit moment que j'ai cliqué sur un lien que quelqu'un m'a envoyé, hors on m'a appris que si j'avais cliqué sur ce lien c'était un trojan, c'est la personne en question qui me l'as dit (car son pc est infecter), mais voilà le mien aussi est infecter, j'ai essayer depuis un moment de m'en débarasser de différentes succès (tuto sur internet, conseil a des amis, informaticiens expert), mais je n'ai toujours pas réussi a enlevé ce trojan qui prodduit plusieurs erreur sur mon pc quand j'utilise internet (erreur que la page n'est pas accessible ou pas disponible alors que je suis déja allez dessus), ou msn (envoi un lien avec le trojan) , ou autres (antivirux bloqué lors des mises a jour)...

Si quelqu'un pouvait vraiment m'aider, je n'en plus de savoir que mon pc est infecter !

Système d'exploitation = Windows Vista
Antivirus = Antivir
Parefeu = Windows defender

Bah en fait c'est celui que j'ai post en haut, la 1ere fois que j'ai utiliser le logiciel, il voulais pas afficher le rapport.
Et j'ai donc fait ce que j'ai dis prédcédament, puis fait le rapport ne voyant pas qu'il marche, est ce que j'ai fait une bêtisse ou pas?
Et faut il que je refasse le rapport?

non la suppression se fait par l option 2 :

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# Choisi l option 3 ( Désinstaller ) ....

desinstalle-le , car des version ont circulé en plusieurs jours ,

retelecharge-le , reinstalle-le , et refais l option 1 stp

(tu y trouveras peut-etre du changement c'est normal)

je n'arrive pas afficher le rapport avec l'opion 1, sa ferme le programme et sa fait abolument rien, je suis obliger de passer par une autre option pour pouvoir avoir un rapport, qui n'est pas apparement le bon. Je rentre chez moi que vendredi je re posterai la solution que tu me donnera ce jour la, peut pas faire autrement, désolé.

ok tu desinstalleras usbFix et le reinstalleras tel que :

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Re,

J'ai essayé plein de fois l'option 1 et sans cesse dans le programme, il me met sur plusieurs lignes "Accès refusé".
Et je sais pas comment faire, tu peux m'aider? Dsl du retard mais j'ai eu bcp de problèmes irl qui ont fait que je n'ai pas pu rentrer chez moi.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

# choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .
