What u have is not a virus, but a spyware. In fact it's a prgramm, edited by 180solutions inc.
Here's how to do :
Download Spybot Search and destroy and od a scan, it'll find your ncase, and delete it. U can find it at http://beam.to/spybotsd ( not an english version, sorry ).
Then, u will have killed the spyware. But the programm will still alive.
