bonjour. tu démarre en mode sans echec (f8 au demarrage en apuyant plusieurs fois de suite), tu fait panneau de config, ajout supp de programmes, et tu désinstalle nero. puis, tu vas ds program files et tu supprime le dossier nero si c pas fait automatiquement. je reste a ton écoute.

Salut a toi,
Il faut que tu aille dans les BIOS et que tu enleve la memoire comme ils disent
Disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing = Enlevez la memoire option BIOS qui est cachée

essaye deja de faire ce que je t'ai dis avant d'aller ds le bios. meme si la reponse de rameleu est très bien. mais souvent c'est le programme qui fait le crash, donc il suffit d'enlever ce qui le fait! (le programme ici nero).

Entrer dans le bios d'un PC
Pour entre dans le bios d'un PC standard, pressez les touches suivantes pendant la phase de boot :
Hold down the < Del> key (AMI and Award)
Hold down the < F1> key
Hold down the < F10> key
To enter the BIOS from a DOS prompt...( ...NOT from inside windows)
< Alt>< Cntrl> < Esc>
< Alt>< Cntrl> < Enter>
< Cntrl> < Alt>
< Cntrl> < Alt> < S>
Quelques fabricants possèdent leur propre combinaison de touches pour entrer dans le Bios :

c'est un ordinateur dell et tout était deja installé donc pas de cd d'installation...et bien sur je n'ai pas fait de sauvegarde...
J'ai fais un test memoire...apparement il n'y a pas de problème...
j'ai télécharger sur l'ordi de ma fille un programme ultimatecdboot mais je n'est pas tout compris donc je vais lire sur internet un peu...
Voila...si tu as une idée n'hésites pas
et encore merci de t'occuper de mon problème comme ça!!!
